OptiTrain works with a variety of equipment levels. You can indicate your machines and equipment you have available, even if it’s bodyweight only, and our AI will tailor your workouts accordingly.
Do I need any prior training experience to use OptiTrain?
Not at all! OptiTrain is built for everyone, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already have years of training experience. During your assessment, we take your experience, movement ability, and goals into account to create a plan that’s safe, effective, and personalized. As you progress, your program adapts to keep challenging you in the right way.
How does the AI create my plan?
When you complete your assessment, our AI analyzes your strength levels, body composition, anatomy, mobility, and schedule. It then applies evidence-based training principles(progression, recovery, and volume) to construct a program designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely and efficiently. As you progress, your plan adapts.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. OptiTrain only collects the information necessary to build your program. We prioritize privacy and do not share or sell your personal data.
How expensive is it for a personalized plan?
We charge a variable rate based on how personalized you want your fitness plan to be and what features you want included. We charge anywhere from $10 to $40 per workout plan, depending on the level of customization. Nutrition plans also range from $10 to 40$, depending on diet restrictions and whether or not recipes are included.
